Morning: Tuesday & Thursday at 8:15am
Evening: Monday at 6:00pm

Body Pump:No reservation needed
(Combination of weight resistance and cardio workout)
Morning: Mondays & Fridays at 8:15am
Evening: Wednesday at 6:00pm

Cycle Classes:Reservation requested
(all levels invited)
Early Morning: Tuesday & Thursday at 5:15am
Morning: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 6:00 am
Evening: Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm
